Terms & Conditions
Once you make a purchase from this website you are bound by the following terms and conditions. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ means you as user of this site and the purchaser of products from this site. Any reference to ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Lapland Village Ltd who’s registered office is at The Coach House, Dicconson Terrace, Wigan, WN1 2AA. You must be 18 years or over to make any purchases.
The safety of our staff, performers and guests is paramount at all times.

Cancellations/Refunds: If you find that you are no longer able to visit us then tickets may be passed on to relatives or resold to friends but not on any Buy & Sell websites.

If it comes to our attention that tickets are advertised or sold on sites such as eBay they will be cancelled.

In the event the above is not possible then we can process a refund but there will be an admin charge of £5 per person in doing so. There are no refunds on Booking Fees.

Booking Fees: a £5 booking fee is applied to each ticket application except Infants, the booking fee covers charges made to us by the credit card companies.

Changes: If you need to make changes to date, time or children’s names this must be done before 10 November 2021 as after that date initiations will be printed and sent out to all of our young visitors. Just click on ‘Manage Booking’ on the website and follow the instructions.

Arrival: On arrival at the attraction you must check in at ‘Passport Control’ where everyone will be issued with Lapland Passports with information and times to gain entry to the three set attractions and fun fair rides.

Accessibility: Guests should be aware that this is a forest area; pathways can be somewhat uneven in places and are constructed from gravel. Within our attractions, the elves will be on hand to assist wheelchair users and extra space will be made available.

Payment: We accept payment by all forms of credit/debit cards. Your payments will be processed by ‘Stripe’ and charged by Lapland Village Ltd.

Pets: Sorry No Pets are allowed on site.

Food & Drink: No food or beverages to be brought onto the site.

Security: For everyone’s security, there will be a bag search as you enter the site.

Lighting Effects: Flashing lights and other special effects may be used in performance

What’s Included: Included in the ticket price is Land train ride through the park, entry to the Lapland Festival Theatre, Mrs Claus Kitchen, The Elves School, Santa’s Place and unlimited rides on the Lapland Village funfair rides. Every child including infants will receive an exclusive  45cm tall soft toy with a retail value of £15 and adults will also receive a small gift.

Main Attractions: Our four main attractions, each one a Theatrical experience, Lapland Festival Theatre is a thirty-minute festive stage show with special guests. The Elves school is where we make every child an Honorary Elf, Mrs Claus' Kitchen shows children how to decorate Gingerbread Men, Santa will tell the children a story and each child will receive a quality plush soft toy with a retail value of £15.  Each performance lasting around thirty minutes.

Not included: in the ticket price is food and beverages or the Magical Sleigh Ride photograph along with retail outlets.

Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the date and time shown on the ticket there will be no entry at any other time.


In the event that restrictions are put in place to prevent the attraction form operating we will revert to a new version of our Drive Thru Santa Experience, This will involve part refunds as ticket prices will be different.
